Semolina
The semolina is a kind of granular flour, generally made from hard grains of wheat. It's employed on cooking in diverse preparations, in particular cakes and couscous.
The semolina can be made by other cereal as the semolina of manioc. FEDER proposes the GARI, one of the semolinas the most recognized in Africa and at the origin of the conception of numerous dishes.
